Registration is open until May 24^th, 2024.

Please note that the Azur-colloque website does not allow you to return to complete a registration that has already begun. So make sure you have all the necessary information before going to the registration page! (Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer (for French institutions only). You will be asked to provide your laboratory's billing details for invoicing purposes, and your credit card details if you choose this method of payment. You will also be asked your organization's  professional identifier (for EU countries: intra-Community VAT number, for others: tax or commercial number)).

At the end of the registration process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Fee

A discounted early bird registration will be available until April 26^th, 2024. All payments must be made in euros (€).

For participants, fee includes attendance to all scientific sessions, conference material, welcome cocktail, lunches, coffee breaks, cultural program and gala dinner.

For accompanying persons fee includes welcome cocktail, lunches, cultural program and gala dinner.

Grants

We are pleased to announce  that the recipients of the grants covering ISMEC 2024 registration fees are:

• Silvia Leveraro from University of Ferrara, Italy
  

• Manon Courseyre from Strasbourg University, France

• Eusebio Raul Uc Santos from the Department of Chemistry at Center for Research and Advanced Studies, Mexico City, Mexico.

Three grants covering registration fees will be available for junior researchers.To be eligible for the grant, applicants must:

• Have submitted an abstract to ISMEC 2024 for an oral or a poster contribution.
• Be an undergraduate or a PhD student, as well as a post-doctoral fellow under 30 years old at the time of the abstract submission, working in areas relevant to the conference topics.

Grant selection will be based on the CV of the candidate and the scientific content of the presentation.

Please do NOT pay the registration fee until you have a response from the Scientific Committee, as we might not be able to reimburse those who have already paid.

Application procedure

Please send your CV, your abstract and a copy of the student card or certificate from the supervisor via e-mail (congres.ismec-2024@univ-cotedazur.fr, subject: Grant application). The deadline of application is April 5^th, 2024. Acceptance decisions will be made before April 19^th, 2024.
